He is the director of the Jyoti group of companies and chairman of Syakar Trading Company. And, He is also the authorized distributor of Honda bikes and cars in Nepal. Moreover, he owns one from iron and steel to spinning mills, rope, oxygen, yarn to the automotive trade, agricultural machinery, pharmaceuticals, banking, cement, and hydropower, among other items, one of the most multifaceted business empires in the world.

He had much knowledge about the business since he was the 3^rd generation from his family to continue a similar business pattern. After graduating from Bangalore in engineering he started in his family company marketing department where he eventually learned to clean up his work today.

The company was started 45 years ago. Since then he got involved in the business indirectly and directly. He was one of the luckiest people to own the business in which he had an interest. In the present context, it is one of the top-selling companies of motorbikes in Nepal. Since he took control over the business the sales and profit of the company have bloomed rapidly. It was all his passion, creative thinking, and hard work.

CHASE YOUR WILDEST DREAMS.

Saurabh Jyoti has a strange yet fascinating hobby of collecting the superbikes as well as superhuman merchandise of superman, batman, Spiderman, etc. He has made his office look very interesting and exciting. He likes to own and keep different types and brands of rare and exotic superbikes. He has made a collection of 37 superbikes in his garage.

In one of his interviews, he had said that he has a dream of opening a museum with rare and exotic bikes. He believes to make it possible in a near future. He has the oldest bike in his collection from the 1960s i.e. Honda PC50 to the latest bike from the 2018 CBR1000RR Fire blade. It has been around 20 years when he started making a collection of bikes. According to Saurabh, it is the investment that he has been doing rather than spending the money on bikes. His garage is worth 100 million rupees in today’s date.

DREAMS INTO REALITY.

Saurabh Jyoti has been proving that, if you follow your passion and work towards it, the “work” will never be boring. You can enjoy the work if you choose it by heart. He had set an example for the youth of Nepal that opportunities need to be built by you. Adapt yourself to the environment and bring positive change. BIKING CULTURE.

Saurabh has said that he wants to promote the biking culture in Nepal. He has set the example by starting from himself. There are few things such as high duty tax imposed on the import of automobiles making it difficult for normal people to afford superbikes in Nepal. But nowadays we can see more of those bikes on the road than we used to see in the early days.

Saurabh believes that government support is equally important for his dream to be filled. Moreover, his unique way of exertion is a source of inspiration for the young generation.
