Machhapuchhre bank has proposed to provide a 10.40% dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the FY 2076/77, through its board meeting held on Asoj 1, 2077. As per the media statement, 7.03% bonus share and 3.37% cash dividend (including tax) will be issued after the board’s decision gets endorsed by Nepal Rastra Bank and from its upcoming AGM.
Rs 1.25 Arba was earned by the bank in the previous FY thereby taking its EPS to Rs 14.80 its paid-up capital stands at Rs 8.45 Arba with Rs 3.1 Arba in its reserve and surplus.
