In Syangja, a man cuts his own testicles. Suk Bahadur Gurung, 45, of Putlibazar Municipality-2, Kavre, has cut both his testicles with a sharp knife which is used to cut grass.
Gurung, who was critically injured after his testicles were torn, was rushed to the District Hospital, Syangja. DSP Rajendra Prasad Adhikari of the District Police Office, Syangja informed that he was referred to Gandaki Hospital, Pokhara.
DSP Adhikari said that Gurung was mentally unstable.
