BBC World News is now banned in China from broadcasting in the whole country.
China took the decision as it was reported that China has criticized the BBC from its reporting on Corona Virus and the persecution of ethnic minority Uighors.
The BBC has reacted to the news and told that it is not happy by the decision.
The US State Department reprobated the decision calling it a wider plan to suppress free media in China.
Also the British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab took time to tweet calling it an unacceptable curtailing of media freedom.
The relation between China and UK have been a a serious matter in recent months over Hong Kong issue
